"In dire need of a complete renovation"

Stayed in a "prestige" room here in April 2026. Location is perfect and staff is very friendly. But the rest... Prestige room anything but prestigious with old stained carpets and wallpapers, heavily stained marble floors, shower that looks like that of a psychiatric hospital or a nursing home. Everything showed signs of heavy wear and tear including furniture. Room was hot and a/c was difficult to operate. Breakfast was of Ibis standards. If Mercure does not do better than Ibis in terms of breakfast you are better off paying for Ibis rooms. This hotel needs a complete renovation. You will feel misled by Accor if you stay here and are a loyal Accor customer. Thank god, the staff is really doing its very best. They deserve a praise (and a raise).

Das hotel befindet sich in guter Lage. Es ist sauber u. die Ausstattung stimmt mitbder Preislage überein. Wenn man einen Opernbesuch plant, befindet sich in der Nähe ein guter Parkplatz. So rundet das Hotel einen guten Urlaub ab.
