Hotel Palm Premium

We came to Düsseldorf for the first time. I think it was the best hotel I chose. It is very close to the railway system and other public transportation. It is especially close to the city center and places to visit. The room was very clean. The towels and bed linens were clean and ironed. The management thought of every detail. I have a plan to visit the same city again in 5 months, I will choose the same hotel again.

Toplage , überall zu Fuß erreichbar . Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber .Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Liegt in der Näher zu Hbf und japanischer Straße. Die Kollegin war super freundlich und hilfreich, und hat mir auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Aber der war in Reparatur und es gab zu viele Mülltaschen(?) auf der Treppe.

Super close to everything

Hotel currently being upgraded so made it good value for money stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights while in town for the Euros. Originally booked for 2 nights but added a third once we got there and they were very accommodating! The front desk was very friendly and offered suggestions for sightseeing. I believe the hotel was fully booked but it was super quiet, I couldn’t tell that anyone else was staying on our floor. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was useful. Very walkable to train station, restaurants, nice coffee shop, and not too far from old town area. Felt self late at night. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t super strong in the room, but I may not have set it correctly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is very convenient for the train station or just as a base for going to other places or sports watching. Great value for money too!
