Hotel Palm Premium

I have booked comfort studio as mu resular stay in Dusseldorf but kitchen seem not in operation this time.

Location is perfect and available to reach the mainstation and the old town. The rooms are extra clean, bright and comfortable. The reception staff were all very-very friendly and helpful. Therefore, nice to be here & hopefully will be here again soon!

Friendly and competent staff. Modern newly renovated room with comfortable bathroom. Windows have good noise insulation. Air condition is quiet and effective. Thank you, it was a good stay.

Kitchen was excellent. Toilette seating was uncomfortable due to the position of toilette roll holder which stick out to my shoulder position. Reception staff were great!

Very good location. Very clean. Room size very good. Sleep comfort very good. reception staff were all (3) very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much for them to help. Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was very warm due to excessive heat outside but each room had a large stand up fan to help.

Value for money in a newly refurbished clean hotel. Location - 5 minutes brisk walk from the train station, ideal for travelling around the city. 5 - 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff - Very pleasant owner/manager met us on arrival, friendly and provided advice about the hotel, things nearby and built up a general relationship. Rooms - Very spacious and exceptionally clean, comfy beds and more than enough pillows. The windows are double or even triple glazed - you cannot hear the road outside which is ideal - room was very warm which was also nice. Shower was good quality and the room is very well designed. Hotel - Undergoing refurbishment on the higher floors when we were there, we didn't hear work at all during the visit. Finally - Thank you for having us, it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.
