Older hotel well maintained clean friendly staff

A nicer room than in the picture, which was a pleasant surprise. The people on reception were incredibly helpful and very lovely. There was some noise outside my room in the night but I think this was another guest, which can't be helped.

Given the relatively low price i was sceptical about all the excellent reviews but they are warranted. Really excellent service, friendly staff, good location, spotless room, excellent value.

Very friendly staff. The room is clean and quiet. An early breakfast was arranged for us as the flight left early.

Great staff. Fully equipped kitchen. Good bed and temperature. Windows have great sound insulation. The only thing is missing - washing machine. There was also some old carpet smell but overall I would definitely come back.

Comfortable room with a kitchenette. Friendly staff, I could check in early as the room was ready. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. There’s a new tax that has to be paid separately, which is strange. They asked for cash payment of this tax, but I didn’t have that and it cost 10 % extra to pay it with a card.

Near by Dusseldorf HBF. Studio type that was very spacious you can place luggage anywhere, and had everything required. Modern and clean bathroom. Just wish the heated dry rack worked though.
