Comfort Inn & Suites Hamilton Place

Front desk employee charged our card a great deal of money in error during a $4 purchase. Reversed it one second later and said nothing. We only found out at bedtime when budgeting for the rest of the weekend. When confronted, the front desk admitted it and he promised funds back the next day. They weren't. Morning staff said three to five days. When I brought this to General Manager Alicia, she was abrasive, offered no accountability, and her only response was that the charge had been reversed. Completely lacking in customer service skills and basic empathy. Travelers should be aware. Ruined the remainder of our trip having no access to our funds.

Would have really liked this property if I could have actually been able to sleep. The shades they have are paper thin and don’t block out the sun at all. I’ve seen these shades before that were reinforced by room darkening ones. Maybe they never got the other ones .

Family of seven, three rooms, two nights, $700. No mention of the entire hotel being under construction. Construction noise all night long, ice machine on floor three is the only one working lobby covered in plastic and total construction zone upon entering. This is where the “breakfast” is btw. Staff is outside smoking more than inside. Television in each room worked about 1/2 the time. Beds like trampolines. Zero money has been spent on this place keep it nice. Generally dirty and seriously lacking management.

Guests were shouting in the halls and the front desk woman was on a group call on speakerphone with friends cussing and being loud. All that led to my seven year old child being up until 1:45am. Absolute horrible behavior from the staff and guests with no actually being done about it. Unless you want to be awake until the next day, never get a room here.

Easy to get to. Fridge/microwave/coffee in room. A/c worked well. Snacks for purchase in lobby. Good coffee.

Shower/tub and tub floor grout was worn away. Toilet awkwardly low. Walls need deep clean. Tv & phones went out all night one of the nights we were there. House keeper walked in unannounced and without knocking really early.

Comfort inn is a decent stay. It’s not usually our first choice but we were needing to be financially responsible for such a short trip. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I needed to use the pull out sofa but sheets + blanket were not already in our room. So I had to call the front desk to request these things at 9pm. I had to go downstairs to get it versus them bringing it up, which felt inconvenient. There was also trash on the pull out sofa mattress when I pulled it out.

the room was clean and a good value.

Very comfortable for our short overnight stay. We didn’t stay long enough for breakfast bc we had to catch an early morning flight.

First room assigned smelled like pet urine! Glad they could give us another room which was perfectly fine

The staffing was great with letting me check on early. The night staff wasn’t so friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.
