Comfort Inn & Suites Hamilton Place

The breakfast was good, but the furniture in the breakfast room was in real bad shape and needs replacing.

The room rug felt sticky and the smoke alarm started chirping around 2:00am. Batteries were dead.

Bugs were found in my bed. I had to get a new room.

In need of lot of repairs. The beds felt like straight mattress springs. They were so uncomfortable. The breakfast was sufficient.

Very nice room staff was friendly and accomadating

I work at a hotel so the front desk is the most important experience and the front desk clerk really was such a wonderful lady, she opened her arms to this hotel with a huge smile ,just was trying to get away and really enjoyed myself and will definitely stay again

In the room we were initially given, one of the bed frames was broken so severely that when my 40 lb 5 year old sat on the foot of the bed it very nearly touched the floor. The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and quickly moved us to another room. It was in its own state of disrepair (pictures attached) but at least the beds were sleepable. The pool was relatively clean and the area around the hotel had a lot to offer but I felt that the room was overpriced for the overall condition of the property

breakfast was okay. we came down 8:45 a. space too small for the # of people trying to get food and use the waffle machine, toaster, etc.

Reception was not fully on how to charge for rooms and enter in computer. she ended up charging me for THREE nights when we only stayed ONE. Causing me to have to spend time trying to correct her error and also shortening my bank acct. so we had to transfer money. Was not happy about that and still not rectified at this time of entry.

The 1st room was moldy and dirty, so I was given another choice. The second room also had mold in the bathroom, but not as much. Notified staff, only said they would notify maintenance. I hope I don't get sick. There was an apartment sized refrigerator in a strange location in the middle of the wall, and it seemed out of place. There was an empty wine fridge with a blue light that stayed on all night. Strange jacuzzi from the 90's. I haven't seen one of those in a while. It looks like the furniture was just dumped in the room, and they will put it where it goes later. Next time, I'll call the hotel directly to reserve a hotel instead of using booking.com. I've stayed here before with no issues. I was very surprised this time. I'd like a refund.
