"Disgusting. Worst hotel room I’ve experienced in my lifetime."

Absolutely nothing. The room was disgusting to the point that I’d appreciate a full refund

The room was disgusting. Covered with mildew, infested with roaches. The bathroom was so dirty. It was unusable. The telephone didn’t work. The clock didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the front desk was completely vacant with no staff 90% of the time I was there.

The night time clerk provided excellent customer service. She was very kind, friendly, and seemed happy to help. The breakfast was so good! Plenty of options and staff on hand helpful. Very pleased.

The location was great. We were there for our grandson's football tournament and it was easy to get around to the different fields. Plus the advantage of being so close to Hamilton Place for shopping during down time was great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the extra sitting area also.

I was greeted well Once I arrived at the property. I had very nice and warming greetings as I moved through the property, the breakfast excellent.

The breakfast was excellent, just that breakfast starts at 6:30a.m. I got got down stairs for breakfast at 7a.m. and the lady was just all , just putting breakfast out. The second morning there was nothing out she's just taking her time again putting everything out and again in the way.

The location

The ceiling was falling in, the door barely shut, the card readers were not working at 10pm at night. It was bare minimum. Just didn’t give a warm cozy feel at all
