Staff stole $100 from me. I asked why and they didn't provide any proof as to why they knpt my one hundred dollar security fee

"mistreatment and theft"

A place where you are so mistreated by the staff is impossible to like anything.

The way we were treated by the staff was the worst. And on top of that, we were robbed, as the hotel made an unauthorized charge of $100 on our card. We are having to take legal action regarding this. Lot of trouble and headaches.

I wouldn't call this property pet "friendly". They allowed us to have our small dog but they weren't friendly about it and made me pay the $25 pet fee in cash. Only place I've ever had to do that. Don't allow pets if you're going to make it difficlt.

I don’t normally complain or write reviews. I think most reviews are people who hated it or loved it. I didn’t hate it, but I think I was given the worst room in the hotel. It was right next to the front entrance on one wall and had the ice maker and vending machines on the other. It shouldn’t be a room. It should be storage. Also- the bathroom floor and walls were disgusting. Luckily, I was too tired to care much about the noise or the dirt.
