Comfort Inn & Suites Hamilton Place

Absolutely nasty place. Do not book here. Black mold on the walls. I have multiple videos and pictures of this nasty hotel. I had my 3 year old daughter with us and it was a horrible experience. Came from Florida and stayed here not knowing how gross it was. Paid 300$ something dollars for this place for 3 nights and we came in late at night the back door was wide open and doesn’t work with a key card so we were able to just walk in and put the keycard in and came in and went to sleep after driving 12 hours from Florida. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there and also the pool in the back was green and moldy with trash all in it nasty place. Mold all over the walls and bugs and crumble all under the mattresses. Woke up and left to come spend the day in Tennessee and had an amazing day and came back and felt lightheaded and dizzy so I started to check the room and found black mold on the baseboards of the doors and sporadically throughout the room. We talked to the lady and she said that she can’t do anything about it. Horrible experience and I’ll speak to anybody I need to about it and I would love for people to know before they go and stay here.

The property was horrible as the suite we were placed in was not properly cleaned or furnished.

No Internet. Room was dirty. Breakfast was ridiculous. Evening staff was rude!!!! Never stay there again

The property itself is nice which is more than I can say for the rude and disrespectful staff member we had the pleasure to deal with When we first got to the front desk to check in let lady looked like she was in a bad mood I told her I was there to check-in and gave her my name she ask where I was from cause they don't let locals rent rooms there and she ask for my ID to make sure I was not from there I yes she thought I was lying so when she found out I wasn't lying she checked me in I got ready to leave and ask for my ID back and she headed to me but rolled her eyes so I put my stuff in the room and then went to Sonic to get something to eat when I came back me and a couple friends of mine that was with me we're walking down the hall and we went in our room 2 minutes later I got to knock on the door I opened the door the lady told me we had to leave because she caught one of the smoking in the hallway I said we don't even smoke she said well I looked on the camera and when are you in Black was smoking in the hallway and I proceeded to let her know that we don't smoke and she told me that we had 5 minutes to get off the property or she was calling the police and after a few minutes I asked what do I get my money back she told me no we don't do refund so now I'm out $105 sleep in my car last night I would not recommend that place at all

The breakfast was good. Good dining walking distance from the hotel. Easy off and on to I75.

Room was extremely outdated and in need of an upgrade Trim falling off furniture, evidence of mold in bathroom. Breakfast advertised to begin at 6:30. At 6:50, no coffee, cold sausage and eggs in hot plate. Rudest server ever. Cannit recommend.

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE , molded shower heads , broken toilets , VERY VERY RUDE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST , they tried to charge me twice for a room that I prepaid for and tried to charge me for fees that no one told me about even though I asked about fees prior to my booking , very UNPROFESSIONAL

More variety for breakfast. Ice machine was only on 3rd floor
