This hotel was the worst hilton property I have ever stayed at (and I stay at them frequently). The outside lighting was out/off, the elevator was out of service, there were visible cracks in the walls, it smelled musty, the area where you can get snacks has mostly empty shelves, the employees were literally laying on the lobby couches when we walked in, and to top it off, they gave us rooms that hadn’t been serviced! We ended up leaving and going to the embassy suites nearby….i think this Hilton garden inn won’t be a Hilton property much longer.

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. It was quiet in the hotel. Although there was a pod coffee maker in the room, I prefer fresh brewed coffee and that was available in the lobby early in the morning.

The air conditioner in the room was not turned on early enough and it smelled a bit musty however after several hours that smell went away and we had a comfortable night's sleep. One elevator was broken and had been that way since our stay at this hotel in August. It was the weekend and there was no one to tend the bar. It would have been nice to have a beer and watch a football game in that area of the lobby rather than in our room.

I stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the shower had good water pressure, and everything felt well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site amenities and how easy check-in and check-out were. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely return.

This place is absurd. The hotel is run down and features of the room don't work. We booked a "Whirlpool" suite that malfunctioned. They posted a "satisfaction guarantee" but the kid at the front desk didn't have the code. The manager - Maria... she's a piece of work - wouldn't do it on checkout because I didn't complain to her earlier in the stay. I complained to Marcus. It's just an all around fraudulent scam from a dying hotel location. Hilton will close it soon enough. Spend $20 extra dollars and stay at the DoubleTree at the airport. This place is horrid.

The rooms are horrible. My window shade is broken, the bathroom has cracks everywhere. There are only 4 bent hangers. My comforter has holes the outlets by the bed do not work so phone has to charge in the bathroom. I am not sure why they are renting out this room, it’s a disaster and believe me, the hotel is not full. I am sick I even had to pay for this.

A/C was great Beds and pillows excellent. Interesting courtyard feel hallways.

Lobby was dark and quiet. Not a lot of life. However not a terrible thing. The lobby bar was closed.
