We had a long day Visiting Sea world, once we arrived at the hotel around 8:00pm I was assigned to room 406 my wife was ready to take a shower but unfortunately the water faucet for the shower didn't work, I went down stairs to report the incidence to front desk, associate very friendly told me she would check for a maintenance worker, worker knock the door then he checked the faucet, he said the guy who repairs that would fix it the following day at 8:00am. After 15 minutes front desk knock our door saying she has another room for us 204, she said we can keep both rooms if we want, ok so we decided to take all our bagging to room 204, once we turn on the mini split Air Condition we realized it was not working, so once we were in our way back front desk associate ask us if everything was ok and I said no because the AC is not working so we decided to sleep in room 406 and use 204 for the shower which is not very comfortable. In our way out on Sunday I stopped at the front desk and explain the situation to the morning associate, in addition to that I told her, the blind was not able to open, I showed pictures and also the AC in room 406 has a big leak since the carpet was extremely wet, you can not go around the bed because my socks were wet while walking I showed pics to her as well for that, she took her notes and say ok I will advise maintenance team so the do the repairs, and that was it, she did not express any kind of sorry feelings. Last time I visit this hotel.

"Waiting on manager to comp stay."

Yes, I filed a complaint the the manager has not followed up. We got three phone calls that they verified at 1,3 and 5 AM. I did not pay $107 to not get sleep before a business meeting. We had a 6 hour drive home after our noon meeting and interruputed sleep made this dangerious. I demand a refund. Warren Blesh warrenblesh@gmail.com
