"Best front desk staff ever!"

Both Parth and Anissa were amazing! Their level of customer service was unmatched! They were both ready and happy to help with any questions we had, even late at night!! Parth checked us in at 10pm Christmas day and he was happy to be here for us, Anissa helped us next night with questions about the hotel. They both made us feel at home! We will be back just to see them!

"A very merry Christmas experience"

When I called to book a room for Christmas night, Parke went out of his way to help me. I’m tech challenged 🙄. When I checked in he was very gracious and showed me to my room personally. I wanted something to eat so Parke checked with the chef Robert. He suggested turkey quesadillas and I added an order of fries. The quesadillas and sweet/tangy sauces were excellent. The fries were perfect too. I highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

"Good value, good vibe and good location."

Good location for the things on the north side of the. Loved the complimentary water, coffee and the staff were super friendly. They made us feel at home.

Our jacuzzi tub didn’t work. No bar on site.

The staff person on duty was nice at the desk. The room was comforable to sleep in. The price was great.

The building had some malfunctions. The key did not work on our door first time. Had to get front desk to rekey. No ice machines were working. No person was at the breakfast/coffee area though the kitchen was open and lots of food was out. Waited for help with coffee and no one showed up.

"Poorly run hotel"

This is the worst run hotel I’ve stayed at in years. All the ice machines were out of order. The restaurant was closed. The toilet ran. The urns in The coffee service in the lobby were empty. The staff was unapologetic for any of it. Hilton should be embarrassed.

"WORST TIME EVER"

NOTHING WAS WORTH THE TROUBLE I WENT THREW WITH THIS HOTEL. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I WAS TREATED VERY BADLY BY ALL THE STAFF.

The first room flooded with jacuzzi tub then second room the water was so scolding hot you could not even shower. So I spent 180 dollars on a room with a jacuzzi I never got to use. The management didnt offer to comp me 1 free night or did I ever get a apology from Noone. So I am notifying booking .Com. I have never been mistreated by a hotel in my life life I was her we at this place.
