"Disappointing."

The location was good. Lot of restaurants around the area. Bed was very comfortable.

They stated the pool was heated it was not. The breakfast was 7 dollars for a bagel and fruit left out with flies around it. The room wasn’t cleaned and had bugs in the bathroom. Disappointed in the Hilton after this.

"Yuck!!"

This place is disgusting and I couldn't wait to leave. Is this actually a Hilton? From the outside it looks pretty nice, but beware! In no particular order: multiple warnings about overnight car thefts, no a/c in the lobby, elevator not working, had to change my room after check in, holes in the wall, almost no lights in the room, disgusting pool in the lobby, overall bad smell. They should be paying ME to stay there.

1. No airport shuttle contrary to booking.com information 2. Elevators broken requiring carrying our equipment up to the 4th floor on stairs. 3. Room smelled of febreze to the point of causing headache. No hairdryer.

"1000+ Hilton visits. This was the absolute worst."

Mold in bathroom. Mildew behind the wallpaper. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Closet doors immobile and off track. Window coverings hanging broken halfway down the window. A toilet that ran constantly. HVAC System cover hanging off of the unit. Black marks on the paint. No outlets of any kind on the left side of the bed.
