Reception was very helpful. Rom had enough light but missing a reasonable heater as weather got cold and storrmy.

no hot water at the sink which makes shaving difficult. Not enough power plugs in the room.

Nice clean room, good lounge facilities from 6.30am to 9pm, parking was fine and easy, lovely staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was good

the walls between the rooms conducted noise and we had a very noisy family with chilldren one night. It is true that the property was 8.9km from Saint Elena town, but the roads are challenging with multiple pot holes and slippy when wet - 25min to reach the town best - 40 min when behind a bus, and night with poor lighting and fog, an interesting drive

The property is beautiful.

It road to it is a bit tough. Although we had transportation, it's quite difficult to get to. There is no hot water in sink but only the shower. For the days we stayed, it's in convenient especially I have an infant.

Nothing, we didn't even enjoy the view because of the bad weather. It was a horrible stay.

The location was 20 mins from the city but it turned out to be in a road that is extremely hard to drive even with 4x4 and with zero visibility at night in some parts of it. If I knew that, I'd have stayed in Santa Elena downtown and used the attractions shuttle. We cut our vacation short and left early with no refund because the drive was so stressful. We asked for the room to be cleaned and towels to be changed but they didn't and when we asked the next morning, the stuff said we need to contact booking because we did the reservation with them. The breakfast didn't taste good, the pancakes was under cooked and the fruits were pre served so we ended up throwing food.

Bed was almost wet and humid.

Beautiful grounds in the clouds. Reception and the night security guard was the best, friendly and helpful.

It’s not advisable to drive at night and it gets dark at 5.30pm so you need to eat early and then be back at the hotel with little to do, however the hotel can order food delivery for you.
