Quality Inn Baton Rouge East I-12

Ok for the money we paid. Really needs updates to the rooms. Both chairs in room had broken bottoms. Room fixtures are really tired and worn out. Beds, pillows and bedding were comfortable though. Breakfast was meh!! Now waffles. 😞😞

not bad for a cheap hotel. the smoke alarm kept going off and the light in the bathroom did not work, and there weren’t any towels when I first got there. not too bad, i’ve stayed at much worse hotels

The landscaping was not kept up; there was no outside lighting in the area where my room was, the wifi was out, the TV did not work, and the shower did not function properly; they had boarded up rooms, and several of the rooms had burst windows

Poor...no heat no tv no wifi, phone didn't work bulbs wasn't screwed in an also toilet would flush we had to pour water in the back of it to flush it...we asked for a discount the guy said he couldn't do it. We didn't tell him bout the toilet till checkout but he said because we didn't reserve the room from the actual quality inn, we couldn't get a discount or refund. The only thing I can say was the refrigerator was cold an the pillows comfy. Sorry.

The pool was unkempt & full of algae. It looked more like a pond, so the view of it wasn't nice. There was no TV or Wifi due to renovations. The mattress was well past its expiration date, although there was an attempt to help it with multiple mattress covers. There were only 3 pillows on the king size bed. Shouldn't there be 4?! On the plus side, the room was very clean & quiet with plenty of super hot water & ample fresh towels, so I was able to get some much needed rest.

Did not even stay here!! They had not TV or internet service not to mention it was the sketchiest place on earth we refused to stay. We were told we could get a refund to just call hotels.com com (who we booked it through) and they would give us a refund. Contacted them and they have to call Quality Inn to verify and there are no working numbers.

Everything is pretty much worth the money the only thing is that they have no cable and the phones are down and they do not offer any discount.

The tunnels were not lighted and people were hanging out around the dark tunnels with hoodies on. The tv didn’t work
