Quality Inn Baton Rouge East I-12

The rooms isn't clean .The room smell like smoke , counters was nasty in the bathroom and sheet was nasty.Breakfast make sure you have your own.Looks isn't exciting.They also had dead roaches.

Some areas of the property were uncleared- waked up to noise outside-

Had roaches on the bed and wall when I walked in.

Staff was friendly, sheets were clean— that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Other tenants were pretty rowdy, but fortunately we brought ear plugs and could actually sleep. Room smelled like an ashtray. Toilet didn’t flush. Spend the extra $ to stay somewhere decent.

No way to stop bath tub to take a bath. Staff at desk in morning not helpful and was rude,

Very dirty and smelly. Big problem was the washroom.Too much tiny washroom.

The room given was smoking one, the break fast was empty.

Breakfast was terrible. Most of the items had already passed their expiry date and staff took no action despite multiple followups. Will not visit this hotel in future. Had to experience terrible repeated knocks on the door multiple times in early morning as it seems that reception has assigned the key twice by mistake to same room which caused a lot of inconvenience.
