the business owner Yoshi was exceptionally helpful, giving us advice of when and were to go, what buses to use, what was the best time to go and what to avoid, as well as potential delays. A light breakfast was provided, with fresh fruit, granola and milk. Yoshi also did a wonderful photo portrait of us. Yoshi also carried bags upstairs. A bottle each of whisky, sake and vodka was also available for free sampling. Very comfortable mattresses on the floor and the whole place was spotless.

The sitting room for us was across the corridor - not a great inconvenience at all. Nor was the separate bathroom and showers - just down the corridor.

Yoshi war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei verschieden Fragen unterstützt und uns die Hilfe sogar nach unserer Abreise angeboten. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und stilvolles Zimmer.

Hospitality, proximity to station and facilities!

Yoshi went above and beyond for us. We had some issues with the car rental company and he immediately assisted us and helped us solve the problem, and he had great recommendations for things to do in our two-day stay in Nikko. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable, we highly recommend!

Yoshi our host is the best host I have ever had. My girlfriend Twisted her feet meanwhile visiting temples and at night when we went back to our Ryokan she was u able to walk on her own. It was 9pm and yoshi called all pharmacies to find something to relieve her pain. She got it and after a good night sleep she felt much better. Previous day we had planed with Yoshi a trail which we could not do anymore so Yoshi helped us to re organise our day. He took us with his car to the train station to help us to drop our suitcases in coin Locker. He also showed us on the way to train station which bus to take. Well the day went fantastic and we Will never forget such kindness. Hospitality like nowhere else. Thanks again Yoshi PS: I forgot to mention Yoshi passion for photography and he offered us a photo session with a hard and soft Copy of his best shots. Legend Eric

L’accueil hyper chaleureux du propriétaire qui vous prend en main directement, qui vous donne des conseils, etc. On sent qu’il sera disponible en cas de problème et qu’il veut que vous puissiez un bon moment. Le prêt de vélo est génial. La petite séance photo gratuite est surprenante mais chouette. La chambre était confortable et tout l’établissement était comme un cocon réconfortant et calme, c’était extrêmement agréable, cozy et propre. Je comprends un peu le japonais mais pas besoin : l’anglais du propriétaire est excellent. Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner à proprement parlé mais si vous êtes ok avec un repas léger la nourriture mise à disposition le matin suffit amplement et c’est bon ! Des fruits, un bon café et le petit verre du soir à disposition, c’était parfait. La localisation est aussi hyper pratique, à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la gare.
