Best location if you want to experience the Royal Mile!

The hotel has fantastic location. The junior suite was spacious but overall quite basic. I would have expected that at that price, new water bottles would be provided in the room daily, or that used drinking glasses would be replaced with clean ones. Breakfast was a big disappointment, both in terms of selection and the noisy dining hall. The price-to-quality ratio was not very good.

Excellent staff and location

Avoid at all costs. Elevators function poorly, food is mediocre at best. Minimal water pressure for showers. If you are desperate enough to book here be wary of the parties they also book which last until nearly midnight. The sound vibrates though all the floors and the hotel will not allow a room switch. Choose anywhere else.

The Radisson exceeded my expectations. It’s situated in a great location on the Mile and I loved our room. The steam room and sauna were fantastic and the pool/locker room were clean. The staff were super helpful. The only negative from my stay was the relatively high cost to park in the garage, but it was worth it to stay here.

Convenient location, room was dirty, no water was provided, safe was locked, stuff did not help with our concerns.

Useless wifi at my room. Colleagues in other rooms were complaining also about this, very annoying when traveling for business.
