Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh City Centre

Hotel was lovely, great cocktails in the bar. Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully quiet despite city centre location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the weakest part of the stay mostly because the coffee wasn’t great but acceptable to get you going for a days sight seeing

The hotel was everything it had promised and more . The location is unbeatable and the staff is superb..Miguel at reception was a true professional. The room.was clean and the bed comfortable.

We have stayed at the Radisson City Centre in the past and were always happy with our stays, but after this visit we will not be returning. We unfortunately booked for four nights (three nights too many) The room although a decent size was when looking closely to say the least grubby, the noise from the Hive night club was terrible, we could not close the widow as it was stuck, when we asked for this to be repaired and said how noisy it was, the chippy answer was " we are in the hub of the city". Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had and the stay is not cheap, I could only manage bran flakes and toast. When we checked out at no point were we asked if everything had been to our satisfaction, or did we enjoy our stay? No we did not and will not be returning!!!

Right on royal Mile. Easy walk to everything. Hotel was spotless, beds comfortable and showers amazing. Would highly recommend!!

Great staff at front desk, housekeeping,and restaurant. Room was spacious, clean and liked the grab bars in the tub/shower. Location was perfect

I was in the cocktail bar on Saturday evening and was very disappointed in the service. The loung lady who was in the cocktail bar, needs some customer service skills. When she brought the drinks to our table there was no eye contact she just plonked them down on the table and walked away. Then when I went up to the bar to order another drink, she was cleaning along the bar to where I was standing and stood there until the uoung guy served me. She needs training on how to be polite. Stayed here for 2 nights.We loved how the hotel is in the middle of the Royal mile ,you just step out the front door, and you're on it.Multi level parking is underneath the hotel,plenty of spots.Check in was quick and staff are friendly.Room,bed and bathroom were all perfectly fine.

My only concern was that despite the hotel’s website stating that there were rooms with walk in showers and that I requested a walk in shower in writing twice before I arrived and also at check in, I was not given a room with a walk in shower.
