Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh City Centre

Fantastic location. Lovely reception staff. Good to have a car park. Overpriced for quality of accommodation. Disturbed sleep due to functions 2/3 nights to past midnight. Gloomy public areas and corridors. No working phone in room (cable missing!), blood stain on duvet cover. Cleaner walked in without even knocking. No Do Not Disturb sign provided. Overall very disappointed and would not stay again.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu recently and the whole experience was superb. The staff I dealt with were so helpful, friendly and informative, especially Alicia and the team member on customer service at lunchtime on the 10th Dec although, unfortunately, I didn't get her name. The hotel is clean, the room was so lovely and a very comfortable bed. Location is fab right onto the Royal Mile and a short 5-10 minute walk down Cockburn Street to Waverley Station and Princes Street Gardens. Hopefully I'll be back!

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Although it's right next to the tourist attractions and in a lively area, it's still quiet at night and you can sleep comfortably

Awful. Find somewhere else to stay. The only good thing is the location. Gloomy public areas. Basic rooms. Overpriced. Music blaring past midnight from function room downstairs meaning no sleep.

All the staff all seemed to lovely and helpful we’ve have visited this hotel for past 3 years for Christmas radison has always been my favourite brand the rooms are great this year tho there are differences some lights and power outlets not working in the suite we were in they’ve replaced filtered coffee at breakfast with a machine which my opinion is not very good we ended up just getting coffee from Starbucks which is just outside the hotel they do have filtered coffee at reception tho ! Items have also been taken away from breakfast no waffles no avado on toast our eggs Benedict it’s all gone from breakfast menu which is what set this hotel apart from cheaper hotels but for me this year the cut backs don’t make it worth paying £900 plus for 2 nights it’s probably more too as I booked 12 months ago

Double charged for the room and having difficulty with hotel on getting a refund . Staff incompetent and nobody seems to be able to resolve this problem

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience! Stayed at Radisson Blu Edinburgh for 2 days and it was the best hotel experience ever. The location is perfect, right in the city centre. Special thanks to Ravi, in the breakfast — he helped us with the best vegetarian options and made the experience memorable with his great hospitality. The City View room made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Excellent location half way along the Royal Mile. Good hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Disappointed that there was not real decaffeinated coffee at breakfast.

Great Radisson consistency and quality. Clean well maintained good room layout and well fitted out. There is very little about the place that is Scottish apart from the location so it lacks a bit of personality and character.

This hotel is in a great location, clean and attractive, with amenities such as a mini refrigerator. The restaurant was also very good.
