Everything was exceptional

The staff took such good care of us during our visit. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The day trip to Apo Island was amazing and the dives were so much fun. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. Everyone helped make our stay so memorable. We hope to visit again soon.

Multiple pools, Beach side location, super friendly staff, rooms cleaned frequently

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Big swimming pool. Beautiful and quiet location. The larger rooms are a lot better equipped (fridge, tv, quiet A/C, lot more space), they are the higher costs really worth. Restaurant has a good choice with affordable prices.

Almost all. One topic to be improved : choice of the free breakfast really limited. Almost all needs to be paid additionally.

It was a relaxing stay with great food and service. Bruno and King were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would stay again.

The Garden, Pool and Relaxing and Bar area was really big and very nice and clean. The stuff was always helpful and very frindly. Breakfast was good but not more.

Our bungalows at the see side was unfortunately very small and equipped only with a bed and 2 bedside tables (2 star standards) - but a aircon and a nice big terrace. Unfortunately the beach in front from the Resort getting not cleaned and is very dirty full of plastic bottles and another plastic and bags. There is also no access to the water because there is also big slippery rocks.

The grounds are well-maintained. The majority of the guests are foreign divers and are polite and respectful. The beddings are extremely comfortable. King Eponia was the saving grace to my stay - he basically held up the place alone and I truly believe that without him my stay would have been a complete disaster. The food and drinks were good, although many items/ingredients were unavailable. This was my second time to visit this resort, but the first time I stayed the night. There were so many ways that this stay could have been great, but lots of missed opportunities from the management.

The family and kids' pools were very dirty with bugs and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several days. The sulfuric water in the bathroom stained my white blouse orange which wouldn't come off. There was a worm in the toilet in the kids' bathroom. The AC in my room did not work AT ALL, and countless times I complained but it wasn't fixed. It's a good thing that my dear friend volunteered to switch with me as I cannot sleep without AC - I don't live in the Philippines anymore so I'm not acclimated to the hot, humid weather. I was literally on the verge of going home that night and to hell with the money that I paid. I was going to give an even more negative rating except for the one saving grace that was King Eponia - he was working the evening shift completely alone and was solely responsible for tending the bar, taking food orders at the restaurant, delivering the food, trying to fix our AC, and basically running the whole place by himself. He had to get up early in the morning to serve breakfast so we didn't want to stay up late, and besides, the drinks we wanted weren't available due to missing ingredients.

People friendly. Food was ok. Diving was really fun with fun people.

Cottage room floor a bit old and a bit small. Food was ok but can be improved a bit.
