Beautiful grounds. Staff were incredible kind, helpful and accommodating. Great food. Quiet and peaceful.

The salt water pool was pleasant but could have used a clean. The à la carte restaurant food was good. Drinking water was freely available at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds and garden is pleasant and well-maintained. There was enough hanging space for clothes in the room. Dive shop looked ok.

Our room was smaller than expected and tired - clean but tired. Painted plywood wall felt cheap, mattresses were very thin and we could feel the bed divider through them. The sheets were slippery and the fitted bottom sheet had corners but no elastic to hold it in place so the bedding moved. The room was only a little bigger than the bed (which was big enough) and there wasn't enough shelf space. The included breakfast was very basic so we didn't bother with it and ordered off the menu - this was good.

Staff & the Pool

Facility 0/10, needs a serious lift off, sad matress, Sulphur water in the Restroom. Showers are not at full pressure. Rooms are old, mattress tired and over used, toilets not well maintained, no toothbrush, toothpaste, no soap. No coffee inside the room and no kettle. Room 0/10, full of ants, mosquitoes. The owners dont have any plans improving the place. Rooms are pathetic. Location, 0/10, super far from the city. Roads to the resort last 200 Mts are rough! Customer Service, 10/10 Manager is awesome and the people. This is the only good thing.

I booked this place for the cabins, the ocean view and the pools. The cabin style and authentic artwork really impressed me and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pools are clean and beautiful and there are magnolia trees and birds around. In the morning we saw a man walking with a cow and baby bull along the beach. As a seaside resort this place is idyllic and as close to paradise as I dare to dream. We ran into problems with the snorkeling excursion we planned. We were not given priority seating even though we were at the trike prior to the arrival of the other guests. We were given defective snorkeling gear and the other guests received proper snorkeling gear. I was not charged for the snorkeling misadventure however considering the overall quality of this resort I was shocked that we would be treated this way by the snorkeling guide. 5 stars for resort. No stars for snorkeling. I recommend your snorkeling guide conduct a 20 minute orientation session for all participants and talk about coral reef preservation, tides, marine life and coral formations. Let us know what to expect on our trip and what is expected from us. We would consider staying at Liquid again but will not book a snorkeling tour unless they provide us with an orientation.

We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and had a relaxing time by the pool. The service, food, and drink were excellent!! We will definitely be coming back.

The fragrance of toiletries provided were very strong, but I let the staff know.
