Hotel Bethel - Fort MacLeod, AB

Je kunt niet te veeleisend zijn als je boekt op het goedkoopste adres in Fort McLeod. Door omstandigheden was ik een half uurtje te vroeg, maar de kamer was snel klaar. Laten we zeggen dat het basic was. Voldoende voor een solo motorrijder voor een nachtje. Maar ik zou hier niet boeken met mijn vrouw als ik eerlijk ben. De host was absoluut heel aardig en aanspreekbaar.

Mijn verwachtingen waren niet hoog gespannen, dus het viel me niet tegen. Maar ik kijk geen tv. De wifi werkte en ik was vroeg in de ochtend alweer op pad. Dus ik zou hier nog wel een keer een nachtje kunnen slapen

- The room I booked was not the room they had be stay in. - The office phone is broken and you can barely hear the front desk staff - The room / building is very run down and area around the property are sketchy - Overall extremely low quality hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room we were given was dirty and had dirty underwear and socks on the floor. When we spoke to the front desk they said it had been cleaned so we invited them up. They declined coming to see it and told us we had paid so it wasn’t their problem.

It is hard to describe the shades are broken, the phone didn’t work. The personal should take lessons on customer service

This property is super cozy. The room we had was roomy and very clean. The lady at the front desk is always amazing greets you with a friendly smile and a great personality will always book here when needing to stay in Fort Macleod

No clean towels,dirty microwave in room,room felt dirty as soon as we walked in. Cigarette butts all around the door or entrance to the room.couldnt take a shower due to dirty linens in the room. Very poor and dirty appearance of the building. I would discourage anyone from staying here
