Hotel Bethel - Fort MacLeod, AB

The room, bed, and bathroom were disgustingly dirty, smelling of tobacco and marijuana. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were stained... I want a refund for the two nights I paid for, as I don't want to post my comments on social media. The photo sent is a demonstration of the unsanitary condition of the bathroom and room. We had to vacate the room the next day after arriving for the same reason. The receptionist and cleaner are the same, and the treatment was never appropriate. I felt completely unsafe in that motel. My traveling companions, who were in other rooms, also had to change hotels for the same reasons.

El peor “hotel” en que he estado de toda mi vida. Unhealthy room… oloroso a tabaco y mariguana, sábanas amarillas, no limpias.. se reservó por 3 noches y solo estuvimos una noche, tuvimos que hospedarnos en otro hotel. Esto en realidad era un motel y las fotos que aparecen en la app no corresponden con la realidad. Espero y sea devuelto mi dinero por dos noches.

Front desk clerk was rude, unhelpful & ruined our stay, would not recommend staying here at all to anyone. Do not stay here it's nothing like they claim on here either.

We were really disappointed with this motel. The room wasn't anything like the photo on Expedia. It was poorly lit and lacked lightbulbs for the ceiling light in the kitchen area. When we complained about this the staff unplugged one of the table lamps and set it on the kitchen counter. The bathroom door was missing the latch bolt so it wouldn't even close, and the shower was so small the water sprayed onto the floor where mould was growing. It appeared that someone cleaned the place but it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean or was well maintained for a long time. There was a Queen bed and a pullout couch, but the couch mattress was very uncomfortable with springs poking through the mattress. Eventhough they say coffee is in the room we had one serving for a keurig machine but the machine on the counter was for a basket drip. We ended up shortening our stay and wouldn't recommend this to anyone in the future.

First of all I paid for 2 queen beds and didn’t even got one, I was placed in a room with a double bed and a couch, when I asked the front desk lady about this and to get the room I paid for she was pretty rude and told me it was impossible as they had them all full, so u think they sold my room to someone else and downgraded me, the bathroom tube was extremely disgusting full of black pubic hairs and full of scale, the toilet as well, I didn’t even got a soap, then I wasn’t able to use the pull out couch in the room as the blankets where ripped and dirty also full of hairs head and pubic ones, I have pictures of everything previously stated, so I will definitely and completely avoid any further stays and recommend others to do the same

There was no coffee, no klenex, no ice, . Steps in were very high for an older women. Went back to the office and had to bang on the door for a long time to get TP. Dont go there. For the money its not worth it
