I had made a hotel reservation through expedia and received confirmation. I also spoke to the hotel directly to confirm how to get the shuttle from the airport. When I landed and called the hotel for the shuttle I was told it was not available at this time!? Then when I arrived at the hotel they DID NOT have my reservation--and I was given an inferior room from what I had booked!! I also had to pay for an Uber ride from airport to hotel...the entire experience was awful!!

It was clean, modern, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated being able to have breakfast and the always-available coffee. I will return! (This is like a writing assignment for English class. La la)

The egg omelet was too artificial. Next time I will try to the grits

All interaction with staff was very pleasant and helpful. I've stayed at Hampton's on many occasions and this is one of my best. It's probably the best actually. It was highlighted by a great continental breakfast.

Only thing I didn't like was that I was only there for 1 day.

Front desk staff are excellent! Breakfast area top notch with choice selection, presentation, variety, and cleanliness. Age of property is showing in the rooms esp bathrooms. Elevator particularly slow.
