Very friendly staff. Real fast shuttle service from airport to hotel. Clean room, huge breakfast. Walking distance to other restaurants. Recommended. Despite being relatively close to the airport, rooms quiet enough for a good night s sleep.

Very weak coffee, few breakfast options. Facility itself is okay.

Near-airport location is the feature. Property is tired, “old style” a/c so room had that moist smell. Some mold in the bathroom corners. I think we were too early (6:00) for a real breakfast, although front desk had told us was served then, so settled for coffee and yogurt, fruit loops for the kids. I will say that the front desk lady I reached from our plane (we arrived at 2 am so I didn’t meet her) was very pleasant. Not a “bad” experience just not the “8.8” out of 10 that was posted, imho

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I got there until the second I left. Not just with me but also with there interaction with other guest I observed. Especially the front desk.

Our refrigerator didn't work and we were offered an option to change rooms but we decided to stay put since we were only there for a night

My Husband, Dog and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and no frills. It wasn't fancy by an means, but it worked for us! What was most ideal for us was the fact that the room was dog friendly. Our dog really liked his stay! We also enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. There is a pool, gym (with Peloton Bikes) and a shuttle to the airport. These are all great perks! The location was great for us to easily access downtown Durham during our stay (about 15 min drive). Please know that this hotel is REALLY close to the airport, and you can constantly hear planes flying overhead. Luckily we were up late and the noise did not disrupt our sleep. Overall it was a nice stay for a good price!
