Homewood Suites by Hilton Kansas City/Overland Park

The sitting area and bedroom are quite separate, so that one person can easily work in one room while the other relaxes in the bedroom. Beds are comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Kitchenette has china plates & mugs and utensils. Front desk staff courteous and the location is convenient to the freeway, but without freeway noise.

I had an outstanding stay at the Homewood suites Overland Park. The staff could not have been nicer and really one of the best breakfasts of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at the rooms were comfy well appointed and clean. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again with the Homewood suites the next time I travel.

We were really upset about the pool and hot tub. It says online it’s in working conditions and open. We really wanted to get in the hot tub and relax before my surgery In The morning. It didn’t say online hot tub and pool was closed. I should get some money back for the inconvenience staff was nice. Just so frustrated about the hot tub

We normally stay with my daughter in Kansas City, but her house was under renovation so we stayed in a hotel. This hotel is located in a nice, safe part of Overland Park. Near to Metcalf which is a main thoroughfare running north to south through the city. Also near to I-435 that runs around KC. We were pleasantly surprised with the layout of the suite. Found it to be very comfortable and a nice living area space to relax at the end of a busy day in Kansas City.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was ready upon arrival. I was also given my complimentary waters without asking which was great. As I always have to request it. The room was clean and comfy. The location is great and the property is quiet and well maintained. They also provide a great complimentary breakfast, with a variety of things, hot and cold. The only 2 complaints I have is the mattress was hard and stiff. And the room was alot smaller than any Homewood Suites I've ever been to. All in all I still would return.

Located in a nice location away from busy roads. Room was very nicely laid out, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was quite functional though very little silverware. Bathroom was nice-sized; I suggested to management that they upgrade to higher toilets in the rooms, as current ones are extremely low. Nice exercise facilities: both a cardio machine room and a weight room. However, the weight room floor was littered with pieces of a foam mat that was falling apart, and there were no cleaning wipes or towels provided in the weight room. Overall a good stay.

This is a nice hotel with some remodeling done. The hallways seemed updated. The room needed a little updating but not bad and it was very clean. The gal at check in was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not the best but we were later in the morning and stuff was no longer hot so probably our own fault.

I loved our suite. The staff with whom we interacted was friendly and helpful.
