Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy.

Air conditioning and room made a high squeaky noise. You could not see TV from one of the beds so we as a family had to all sit in one bed because the TVs did not tilt or move. The pool was dirty cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom and hot. There was transient in the parking lot walking through bumming cigarettes looking through ashtrays. There was only one entrance through the main door. All other doors were locked at all times to enter.

"Ok, but…"

Night manager was friendly and provided quick service. Hotel and room were pretty clean, however the room was very damp, key cards failed frequently, and breakfast was awful. My main complaint is that the day staff replaced our room key without any identification or even questioning our name. This is a serious safety risk.
