Clean inside of apartment

Felt tired and no elevator. Apartment was not ready at check in time

We had a great stay at Banyan Harbor. Very convenient location, with beautiful sunrises each morning over the water. Would stay here again!

Older units with a tropical flair. Stairs to our basement room were steep, quite dirty and rough. Room was certainly livable but older with minimal AC. Ceiling fans were difficult to operate but we fixed one ourselves so it would work. Overall dingy and dated with everything but price.

The location is in walking distance of the beach and mutiple bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and quiet. There was 2 gas grills on a neaby deck that were cleaned daily. And it was an easy drive to other parts of the island.

Our room was exactly as advertised - 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Everything worked, beds and furniture were serviceable, etc. Check-in / check-out was a breeze and the pool view was AMAZING! Loved that all plugs and lights have USB / USBC ports! centrally located on the island makes access easy. I am giving it a three as the resort and rooms are tired. They need new paint, carpets, and detail touches.

Location is fabulous, for a good price. Certainly not an upscale or romantic place, but good decently-priced place to crash for the night. Our 2B condo fit 4 people tight (2 double beds).
