Rooms are smal but quaint. Beds are hard. Helpful staff.

Great hotel, excellent staff. Luis was the best! It’s just very very very loud from the music in the plaza. If you have a balcony, bring good earplugs. Also, comes with breakfast, you can choose anything from the menu :)

Great hotel, decorated in a beautiful old world charm. Nice large, clean rooms with good bathrooms. Potentially loud if the street parties go late, maybe I would avoid on holiday weekends, but no caveats otherwise. Great included breakfast.

The only problem too many stairs

The location of the hotel was in the plaza and was in walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The staff members were friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed was quite firm and the room overall was quaint and adequate. The lobby and balcony areas were beautiful.

Great location and felt safe here.

This is an older hotel and we were not expecting everything to be like new by the toilet was poorly maintained and stopped working mid stay. They had no maintenance staff that can fix this during our stay. We had to resort to taking a pitcher from the downstairs bar to manually flush the toilet. We were offered no credit back from our stay by the staff. We should not have to pay for the second night of our stay.
