Staff was very nice and the place is very safe and well located.the room service was excellent and very clean.

The rooms were nice. But they could be cleaned a little better

I felt we got unfairly charged when we got there and there were extra charges for breakfast.

Las fotografías de la propiedad son engañosas. La descripción de las habitaciones también. Es un hotel bastante promedio para las tarifas altas que tiene. Existe también un problema con Expedia que, al parecer, no corrobora la información expuesta por el hotel ni tampoco las fotografías de las propiedades. Por lo mismo este es un mal review tanto del hotel como de Expedia

The only bad thing is not having regular channels on the TV, we couldn’t watch tv not even 1 day out of the 7 days I stayed

This hotel is located in Guanajuato downtown, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
