"No hot water! Outdated hotel"

You can tell the hotel is outdated once you enter the entrance. For a short stay I don’t mind things being old, with the hope that everything is functioning at least. However, lots of things just went wrong. The major one would be the hot water issue. The shower water is cold. I let the water run for 10 minutes, the water is still too cold for any human being to take a shower. I called for help, and was taken care of by a chatbot Rio Rita, stating that my case has been reported, but nothing happened before I checked out.

Room was nicely decorated with a good view

Extremely dangerous bathroom setup to enter the shower you have to climb over the tile wall and fixtures. I banged my leg and foot on the faucet injuring myself.

"worst vacation ever"

I was disappointed with my stay due to several issues that affected my overall experience. The pool was dirty and the water was very cold, making it unpleasant and unusable during my visit. In addition, the television in my room broke down twice. The first issue was frustrating, but when it happened again, I was left without television service during the evening. It took more than 12 hours for the problem to be resolved, which was inconvenient and impacted my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. I expected better maintenance and a quicker response to these issues. Unfortunately, these problems significantly affected the quality of my experience.

"Pools great and Shutters Bar staff"

Had a great time with family here, family loved the pools. Shutters Bar bartenders were great as well as the waitresses serving from that bar to the floor. Outstanding service.
