"Worst Hyatt"

A/C didn't work right, and never got it fixed. I asked for a fan if they couldn't fix it, and never received one, even after being told that they were sending one. No bottled water, no hand soap. We asked 3 times for all of this.

"No human touch"

They have no human touch. You cannot talk to front desk or customer service. Their AI phone would answer all the questions. I tried couple of times to speak to a live person, it will not connect you. It was frustrating!

"Shocking Stay"

We booked a “newly refurbished’ 1 bedroom Suite. (Over 1,000 sq/ft). This Suite has floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom. On arrival the curtains were detached from the rail in the bedroom. As the sun rises shortly after 5am in Vegas we were woken every morning. After repeated requests to the front desk, management, housekeeping and customer services, after 4 days the curtains remained broken. Nobody even attended to attempt a repair for 4 days. Upon arrival, the TV was also faulty. We reported the fault each day. Once again no response from the hotel management. The TV remained faulty throughout our 7 day stay. Housekeeping failed to clean the room for 48 hours, despite multiple requests. And finally for the last 4 days of our stay, a fault developed the bathroom extractor fan. The fan sounded like a “helicopter taking off” and would not switch off. So the helicopter noise continued 24 hours a day - for 4 days and 4 nights. At no time during these 4 days did maintenance/ facilities attend to fix/ replace or disconnect the faulty fan. We complained to customer services/ hotel management constantly, begging them to attend to these faults. The faults remained when we checked out after a week. We were delighted to leave !!!

Good location, very nice hotel, with nice casino. Room was clean and comfy with nice view.

Checkin started wit ha surprise - we were asked to pay extra for city view even though we already booked it on Booking.com. This was resolved quickly. Garage was quite a walk from the hotel entrance. Checkout brought another surprise - $50 per-night resort fee extra that was not visible on Booking.com while booking (have screenshots). I plan to raise this with Booking.com as with that final price, we would have picked different hotel.

"Bad Decision"

Very dirty and not a place we will ever return to--Once it was a pleasure to go to eat and play there but Many things have changed--Front desk was so unfriendly too--Room looked like it was never dusted the curtain around the headboard was filthy--
