Staff member are great,room are clean and easy process check in and check out.

Would like to see more activities/ attractions for kids. Also some things for kids to enjoy while adults can be worry free when they can gamble.

The size of the room and the casino and pool

Arrived at 1130pm to check in waited an hour to get to the front desk. They tried saying they over booked that I needed to be on a waiting list which is bs because I bought through booking. So instead of the room I booked I got a different room which was bigger but only 1 king bed. As I stepped into the place it was a mess copper pipes exposed and dry wall and 100 pizza flyers all over. What a nice upgrade ha right!!! It did have a sick view of the strip. I was supposed to be in the newly renovated building but they put us in the 90s building. The staff was nice and friendly and they comped us a free night which was nice.

The room was very spacious. The shower was updated and nice. Had a great view of the strip and over looking the pool area. Would book this property again.

We used the RIO app to access our key. You need the key to access the elevators. The key took a while to load when accessing the elevator & room.

"Wifi didn't work, Hotel is old."

The room was large, and the view of the strip was great.

The Wifi did not work. We could not connect. It said the last name or room number was incorrect. The phone support AI agent was useless. I went to the front desk and they sent someone up to whitelist us, but it shut off again one day early. Its 2026, Wifi should be a no-brainer.
