Golden House Hotel & Restaurant

I loved that the staff was friendly and polite. Very helpful and courteous. The bed was really good and cozy. Supper clean in the room and in the hotel dispute the area. I would definitely stay again. The staff was soooooo friendly and would do the best to answer your questions. I highly recommend for the price and location. Lots of good food options supper close by.

Not a 4 star hotel...more likely a 2 star!

Check-in was good, however the restaurant part of the hotel needs more professional structure. The chefs cooked well and the food was presentable. Room and bathroom were clean however; the shower needs to be leak proof and contained; preventing a wet floor. I feel there needs to be more bilingual interaction as well as more invitation to guests who don't speak Spanish.

The hotel cleanness and the complimentary breakfast are pretty good

The staff service was excellent. The restaurant and food was very good. The room environment needs to improve. The room smell like mold. But after opening the windows the smell was not as strong. The bathrooms needs improvement. Bed was soft and comfortable and the cleaning lady’s excellent.

Hospitality is good property a little neglected

I saw improvements everywhere since last time I was there, even the breakfast was improved. Keep up the good work

The pool latrines were in horrible condition. The front desk staff didnt know much about computers. Good$ though.
