Ratan Vilas is pure magic. From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we had stepped into a beautifully preserved heritage home filled with warmth, history, and genuine hospitality. Staying here didn’t just feel like booking a hotel, it felt like being welcomed into a graceful, peaceful home. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend Ratan Vilas to anyone looking for an authentic, memorable Jodhpur experience!

Rantan Vilas lives up to its grand name as the property feels like a mini-palace with its old-charmed guest rooms with modern features. From arrival to departure the experience felt gracious and relaxed. Check-in was seamless. The concierge team welcomed us warmly and offered a refreshing welcome drink, which set a pleasant tone for the stay. Service at reception was efficient and attentive. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was impressively large and stocked with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. Its a real plus if you value space and convenience. Dining options are limited to a single restaurant on-site but it’s more than sufficient. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, with fresh choices to start the day. Having dinner here would be a splendid choice: dishes were excellent and the option to dine indoors or outside adds a lovely flexibility. There is a calming serenity to sitting outside, enjoying the hotel’s façade and peaceful surroundings. Its especially restorative after a long day exploring the city. Overall, Rantan Vilas is ideal for travellers who appreciate classic, roomy accommodations, attentive service, and a tranquil dining experience. I’d happily recommend it for a comfortable, slightly indulgent stay.

This is my third time staying here and it is outstanding. The staff are incredible, as are the rooms and the restaurant. Everything is done with such a personal and thoughtful touch. The whole experience is wonderful, highly recommended.

So beautiful and well maintained. Such comfortable rooms. We stayed for 2 nights. Booked two rooms - both in the downstairs first courtyard area; very peaceful. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. (On arrival, there was a low humming noise in the room that was rectified by a member of staff switching off the fridge).
