Hakone Yutowa

Front desk staff is very helpful especially Kauri San. She went out of her way to assist us when we had train tickets issue with Klook. She even did some research and contact for us during after her working hour. She is truly professional, genuinely helpful she deserves to be commendated ❤️

On the condominium section that we stayed to reach our room there is stairs to climb which is not friendly for older folks like us especially we have two big luggage to carry up and down the stairs.

The space and facilities were great.

The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, the beds were.comfy. The onsens were lovely. Having snacks and drinks available was so nice amd made the stay very relaxing. Great family friendly onsen stay and a good introduction to the ryokan style stay.

Love the buffet style breakfast. The hotel service was great. The location worked since we were driving.

The room I booked was quite cozy, more a place to sleep (not a hangout) which I expected for the price.

It was a very spacious room and bathroom, especially for Japan. It was nice to have an option between public and private onsen. The outdoor space was really lovely.

I wasn't crazy about the breakfast. It was fine, but not great.

Nice onsens and resort. We stayed in a condo and had our own bath which was very nice. The staff was wonderful accommodating my son’s allergies as well.

The beds were not very comfortable.
