Clean, quite, peaceful environment, friendly staff

Public areas have a very relaxing vibe.

The condo building isn't connected to the main building, making it harder to access the main facilities.

Bardzo ciekawe rozwiązania w hotelu. Nie znane mi wcześniej. Personel miły. Blisko kolejki co jest dużym plusem dla podróżujących z dużym bagażem.

Beautiful location. Walking distance to Hakone open air museum. Would be a great location to start Hokone loop if you had the time as it is minutes from train station where rope line starts. Loved the Yukata available to wear around the premises. Delicious buffet dinner and breakfast. Loved the lounge area in the evening where you could play games/read while enjoying included drinks/snacks. Really nice outdoor patio with foot bath and fire at night.

Definitely a splurge. Onsen on site was ok but not super special - all indoors. However, the products available (body washes, creams etc) were very nice and onsen was not busy at all despite many hotel guests.

L’ensemble de l’établissement était très bien. Le personnel au petit soin et de bons conseils. Accès aux onsens publics et privés. L’hôtel fournit des « caches-tatouages ».

Une odeur de souffre au petit matin, due aux émanations de souffre de la montagne (l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, on ne peut rien face à « Dame Nature »), il est néanmoins important de le savoir.
