Nothing, avoid this place.

Everything. Avoid at all costs. Misleading listing and unusable accommodation. I checked into Edmor Residences Riverside on 7th January and left the same day. I did not stay the night. The property was so far removed from what was advertised that it was effectively unusable. Multiple core facilities listed on the Booking.com page were either missing, inaccessible, or non-functional. These were not minor inconveniences. They were the entire reason I booked the property. What was advertised but not provided or not working: 1. Shared kitchen was inaccessible 2. No working internet 3. DSTV and streaming services not working 4. No iron 5. No washing machine 6. No mosquito net 7. TV and flat screen not working 8. No TV streaming services 9. No food or drink facilities 10. No refrigerator 11. Microwave present but with no power outlet to use it In short, this was a shell of an apartment dressed up with a fantasy description. Earlier that day I had purchased perishable groceries specifically because the listing promised a kitchen and refrigerator. With no access to either, the food had to be thrown away. Time wasted, money lost, inconvenience guaranteed. This is not a case of expectations being too high. This is false advertising. The accommodation did not correspond in any meaningful way with its description. I vacated the property on the same day, locked the door, returned the keys to the lockbox, and cancelled the booking. I then rebooked elsewhere through Booking.com at Chester Hotel Suites Nairobi, which actually delivers what it advertises. That comparison alone says everything. I would strongly urge Booking.com to review and flag this listing. As it stands, it is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless they enjoy paying for amenities that exist only on a webpage. One star is generous.

Being booked in edmor a as per the booking and ending in another apartment.Booking l bedroom ending up in a studio flat .Not been g the right code for the door

The place was lovely and l would consider coming back when I am in Kenya..The house was clean and spacious

I wasn't aware that breakfast was offered. However, I used the stock provided, which is sugar and coffee, to make my breakfast. The place was clean, private, and quiet

Although the location was good, it was far from where I had scheduled events, unlike my first option of residence at Riverside. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, often fluctuating between too hot and too cold, making it uncomfortable to use.
