USA large apartment with generously sized kitchen and three balconies. Quiet and peaceful at night.
A horrible check in experience. Left to wait for hours to get the apartment cleaned AFTER we had received a message it was ready for us to move in. No hot water for the duration of the stay despite the problem being communicated to and acknowledged by management.

It was very loud, there was a party nearby and it felt like the party was directly in my room. Television did not work and minor lights not working.
