Good bed, convenient flat, friendly 24h security. Good customer service.

Hot water took nearly 10 mins to come through so I had cold showers for 2 days, thinking it was broken. TV not connecting. Strange colour tapwater.

what i liked was the location (in west side of Nairobi) close to most things either on feet or taxi there was good communication between me and the host. they made sure to send me exact location and meet me during check in. this was kinda needed because there is lack of signage in the building about the exact apartment and bloc number. there is a lockbox so you can still self-check-in

there was NO mosquito net. the apartment is ridiculously tiny!! very very small. the photos are cheating you. the apartment has a separate entrance BUT the entrance will only take you to the bedroom and bathroom. the rest of facility where you have living room, dining room and kitchen where you can cook or use microwave, has an entrance from the balcony so it's in an adjacent apartment. when i checked in, Anita told me i can use the shared areas in the apartment next door via the balcony door. However, during my stay, they booked the large apartment where i can access the rest of facilities and told me that i am no longer allowed to do it. they wanted to move me to another apartment and didnt tell me where that was, they said possibly in the same neighborhood and possibly not! when i said no, they locked the balcony door and i was not able to access the shared space. i was basically imprisoned in one room and stuck there not able to even eat take out! there are no chairs or tables in the studio i booked and no cutlery or anything. basically i booked a studio apartment and ended up in a room and toilet.

There is nothing one can possibly like. Just close this booking page and move on to the next one.

It's a well organized Scam. I made the reservation for the fully equipped studio and asked for water and fruits (if possible) in the room, since I was landing very late at night. I almost immediately receive an acknowledgement answer. A few hours before landing, I receive an email to inform me they will not be able to provide water (disappointment but ok) AND that by the way, the studio is a SHARED space! Too late, if I don't go it's my loss. I get there. There, everything is so filthy that I could not even use the towels to shower. they are greyish and oily. The shower? absolutely filthy, you are afraid to walk in barefoot and the water, cold only. the place is in the middle of nowhere so you cannot buy food or water. I cannot continue describing the horror show here, the next day I booked another place and ran away.

The staff were friendly and helpful at every point. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a short stay. We look forward to coming back again in a few weeks. Money well spent.

It was perfect. Worked on my projects and completed because of the privacy and internet connection here. Very peaceful neighbourhood with a flowing stream just below.

Everything. The place is quiet and very conducive. Clean with enjoyable facilities. I would recommend the place again and again.
