Due to weather-related flight cancellations, I had to secure 9 rooms for a group of ladies traveling with me, and Christian was incredibly helpful throughout the process. During what was already a very stressful situation, he was kind, professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. Was really impressed with how spacious our room was. Loved the view from the top floor balcony. It was conveniently located to our destination.

Parking was expensive at the hotel but front desk let us know of parking very nearby that was half the price.

Substantial accommodations but not as nice as other Hyatt locations I’ve stayed at. Apparently there was a plumbing issue. It caused issues in my room. Maintenance helped as they could. When we checked out there was an unpleasant odor in elevator & lobby.

"Average stay in a good location"

We stayed 4 nights at the Fulton location. Room was nice and comfortable. Check in/out easy. The staff is very nice. Breakfast was typical, nothing to rave about. Often the breakfast was out of things during busy time. No housekeeping, not even every other day. For the nightly price you pay I don't feel you should have to ask for a cleaning and trash removal with a four-night stay. The location is good with a famous deep-dish pizza around the corner and a Walgreens just a block over for any forgotten toiletries or medicine. A uber or Lyft ride to any tourist attractions is about 15 to 20 minutes ranging from $15 to $30 depending on the day and time. Other than the housekeeping it was a good stay.
