We absolutely love this hotel - it was more apartment complex, great breakfast, pool was nice, great gym and walkable distance to our event (NHL game). We will be back!!

"Horrible experience!"

Disgusting experience! My son was sleeping on the sofa bed. Third night he spilled water so I stripped the bed. The mattress was covered in cracker crumbs. My son said the fitted sheet was on, so he assumed it was clean. He slept on dirty sheets and a filthy mattress for two nights! Replacement blanket sent up was also dirty. The manager, Jacob, offered to give me points but claimed he was waiting to hear from corporate. He has since not responded to calls or emails. Really upsetting experience.
