"Valet ruined the stay"

Came in after 10pm on a Friday night. Storms made our flight delayed for 5 hours. Tough travel day for sure. When we arrived the valet parking was nowhere to be seen. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up. When he did he yelled at me for sticking 5 feet past the sign blocking his ramp to the garage. What a jerk! I bit my tongue and didn't say a thing. Rooms were clean and larger than I expected with microwaves and a frigerator and sink. Street noise on lower floors was an issue for my son whose room was on the 4th floor. Lobby area on 3 was spacious and comfy but you only get one chance to make a first impression and the valet made it for the entire hotel. Sorry but lose that guy or get him some serious customer service training.

"Great for families!"

Very spacious rooms. The little divider between the two beds is a nice touch when traveling with family. The living space is a nice addition. Location was within walking distance to the areas we needed for when WWE was in town. Breakfast was good! No waffles, pancakes were a bit stiff but fruit, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and apple juice made up for it.

The bathroom doesn't have a vent so after a shower, it gets hot and the steam comes into the room.

The property was by far one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. The rooms are very spacious, clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Beautiful high floor view.

It was spacious and quiet.

No real info about valet parking. Like needed to check in before no one even approached to tell while you are waiting for someone to take your car.
