Great location although the facilities are a little bit rundown. Will stay again; great service. Good breakfast. you get everything you paid for.

First thing first. The staff was awesome. Very professional. Great job. The hotel location. It is a great location for tourists that want to see La Candelaria. Plenty of food and entertainment around this hotel. The location of the parking lot. Please take a taxi to this place. To find the parking lot and arrive without going the wrong way down a one way is brutal. The hotel lobby is great. The rooms, elevator, and hallways need to be renovated. When you walk out of the elevator you are in a dark hallway that will light up as you go but slowly. You might make it to your room before the lights turn on. They have a little fan in the hallway that is supposed to circulate air is dirty and is a laugh. Why not spend a little money huh? The room was average and the window blinds do not completely close due to the fact that the windows are like 2 points coming together. The carpet looks like it is from the 70's and it was coming up in multiple places. The bed was nice. The bathroom kick butt. Good job. Excellent . The doors to the closet. Wow, i have seen better in hotels for 30,000 a night. Breakfast was not that good. They do have a person cooking omelets. However, the person cooking mine did not know how to cook an omelet all the way through. I use to own a restaurant so I know what I am talking about. So, Dann Carlton is a big chain here in Colombia and this was a dump. Spend some of that money you guys make and fix this place up. I travel Colombia and have stayed in much better hotels for less than a quarter of the price. You are hurting you brand with this hotel. Again. Great service and great bathrooms. Horrible value

The hotel is located quite close to the Candelaria area of Bogota. There are tons of food options be it restaurants or street food. The room was clean though could use some remodelling as its quite old. It is a little loud at night with bars along the same street but we were able to sleep though it. The staff are very friendly each time we talked to them. The breakfast was nice and they changed it up a bit each day we were there.

The staff was really attentive and even gave us an early check-in which was so appreciated after our red-eye flight. The room was clean, comfortable, with a good shower, and fast wifi. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and we loved having cooked to order eggs. The pedestrian street is only a block away and it is just a short walk to the Botero Museum and Gold Museum.

It’s very basic hotel but definitely do the job. Approximately 30 min by taxi from the airport, located in the city centre. Description says is in La Candelaria however is just slightly off this area. Place is really clean, members of staff very polite and WiFi worked properly. Only one thing is that food could be better.

this is a standar hotel with no luxuries but affordable is in bogota downtown many restaurants are close is good for traffic a big church is near and a small mall, you cabn aso teake a good coffe in near, look for OMA nad Juan Valdez

The staff are great. Location is very good. The hotel is starting to show its age a little but overall really good for the price and I would return. Wifi good. Breakfast was decent. Door lady was super nice

Decent place overall, in the heart of a busy district. Service was great. Room was decent. For the price, nothing to complain about
