I have been coming to Bogota for business, at least once a year, for the past 5 years, generally staying 3-5 nights at a time. After my first stay, I never went to another hotel, because the overall "value for you money" is unparalelled in this part of the city, and I have checked out several alternatives. I use a known online booking platfom to get the best deal. Service, forthcoming staff, breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, location (if you want to be in walking distance on of Bogota's historial district and attractions), and easy access to the airport and all major business districts are what I appreciat the most. I have also used this hotel with my family and it made the visits or lay overs in Bogota very pleasant.

I’m a brown skin guy and for that they asked more question about my plans , what do I do for work and how much money I had , I mean it’s a hotel and everything was pre paid ... that was just a clear sing of racism and clasicismo

Excellent hotel, great service, very clean and safe. Breakfast awesome. We actually had two rooms for the price of one (bedroom and living room). Both rooms had TV. We were in Bogota in October so it was a bit chilly at night and in the morning. Hotel does not have heater (as any old hotel in Bogota) so if you travel during the fall or winter, ask for an extra blanket.

i booked a 2 beds 1 room and the fact i forgot to put in the reservation 2 person they charged me 60000 COP more for 2 nights and i put no dusturb sign on the door and i was disturbed 3 times for some complimentary. We had a overnight flight and wanted to sleep, didn't want to be disturbed, i didn't care about complimentary stuffs.

Esta en el mismo centro y alrededor no es tan bonito, pero el hotel en si es bien lindo.

The people so so helpful and polite especially the receptionist the land and the guy I never got there names and had a fantastic sleep , a really really good rest dark room and no noise what so ever if I was ever going back it’s the first place I would call thanks ye guys

Stayed at this hotel many years ago and looked forward to return. It is, of course, older, but still in good shape...resturant y much above average and breakfast included is top rate
