Santa Barbara Inn

My first ever stay at the Santa Barbara Inn was absolutely OUTSTANDING! From the moment I arrived the valley parking TEAM were professional, engaging and prompt! The hotel room was nicely appointed, and the King Size bed was top shelf! For my two days in Santa Barbara, I ate all my meals in CONVIVO! The staff and food options were outstanding! Great wine list with many local wines featured! The restaurant manager Mark Jimenez engaged with all staff members and diners, and offered suggestions to customers that were well received and enjoyed! Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu options were eye opening and terrific! The Margherita or Fungi pizzas were WOW good! The location across the street from the Pacific Ocean is wonderful!

My wife and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary in Santa Barbara and stayed here. We have travelled extensively during the past few years, but this was the first time in America my wife, who worked at 5 star hotels in Bangkok, was genuinely impressed by the service on all levels: from the parking staff, front desk, and restaurant. It was excellent on all levels.

Hotel was in a lovely position, bedroom was large and comfortable, the restaurant Convivo was Fantastic, great bservice and wonderful food 5 *

The staff was amazing! The food and drinks are exquisite and convenient. The room was large and I love the overall design of the hotel. The texting service was so helpful to communicate my needs. I feel like everyone that worked at that hotel were working their hardest to make sure I had an enjoyable stay.

There was nothing that vould have been done better. We had an amazing time.

So beautiful and peaceful, listening to the ocean all night and comfortable beds! Heated bathroom floors are a bonus!

Having an option to reheat my food would be great:)
