Santa Barbara Inn

Fantastic experience from the moment we pulled up to check in. The valet gentleman were so nice letting us know we could park there or on the street and where on the street to park. Check in was quick thorough and professional. Room was spacious and clean with great a great view of the ocean. Wasn’t too noisy even being right on PCH. Location was good to a few restaurants but a few miles from the main drag. Not too far to walk as we only took an Uber once in 5 days. The restaurant at the hotel is very good with a great drink menu as well. All the staff in the restaurant and bar were so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and heated and the coffee at the front desk each morning was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful inside and out, great service, nice restaurant, hitting all the marks!

Picked this property out of all the others nearby. Was not disappointed at all. Quaint little hotel that has been in the same location since the 60’s. Completed a total makeover in 2016 which was nicely done. Fantastic restaurant on site and it was amazing. Loved this smaller sized hotel that exceeded my expectations in both amenities and service. Can’t wait to return and making plans already.

We would have extended our stay if our schedules allowed. We used rhe valet parking which was great! We had a fantastic two night stay at the Santa Barbara Inn. We stayed in a king sized room on the second floor. We didn't have a view (it was of the parking lot) but it was still nice to have a balcony with cozy wicker chairs to sit in. The room itself was very clean with plenty of space to spread out and a large bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We loved being able to just walk across the street and be right on the beach. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive to the downtown area, but with a car, it wasn't an issue at all for us. Valet is a bit steep at $29/night, but all of the employees working there were super nice, helpful, and had our car ready in seconds with free bottles of water! We sat outside at the pool one afternoon, and it was quite relaxing and very quiet. Plenty of chairs, a hot tub, sun umbrellas, and towels. One comment for the hotel. We love that you offer coffee for free in the lobby during the morning hours, but maybe can you add hot tea ? We were surprised to not see any hot water offered as well. Overall, the Santa Barbara Inn is a very relaxing and classy hotel for a very reasonable price. We will definitely return!
