I didn't like the pool and hot tub were off limits and no food for breakfast just coffee and juice...
Dirty and badly managed.
Microwave did not work, tv did not work, no hair dryer, had to ask for a waste basket and cups. No coffee available. Pool was closed. Beautiful sculptures out front. Restaurant was closed. Only two towels. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable.
No trash can or toilet paper in room. AC/Heater unit cover was sitting on the floor of the room upon entry. Surrounding carpet was soaking wet. TV had no signal the majority of the evening despite perfect weather conditions. There are several better low priced options in the city. I’d suggest all of them over this place, including the rest stop.

Let's start with when I got to the entrance was hard to find. when I did finally find it. I was not as pictured. when I was able to check in the service was just ok. I reserved a king size bed. I ended up with two queen size beds. The curtain was hanging halfway off the curtain rod. I went to watch a little tv before going to sleep and all it said was no signal. During the night the AC kept shutting off which made the room get very hot. When I got up in the morning to take a shower there was used small bottles of shampoo on top of the shower rod. They claim a continual breakfast but the was nothing. The hallways smelled and trash bags in the hallway from another guest that live there at the hotel. all in all i will never step foot back into that place again.
Took forever to check in. No air conditioning in lobby. Reserved a room with king bed they tried to switch for room with queen bed. Checked in at 7pm host said she didn't know if the room I booked was ready. TV didn't work. Air condioning was barely functional. Did not even provide any drinking glaszes in the room and did not understand that they should provide glasses. This is the 2nd time I stayed in a room managed by Jasper Group and both were terrible. Will never stay at one of Jasper's properties in the future. I usually never complain about accomodations, but these 2 stays were the worst I've ever had.
The new manager assisted all he could do under such a broken down property. I believe the price needs to start at bottom dollar until they slowly fix the place. They need to tell the truth in advertising. No pool, no restaurant, no entertainment, not for kids.
