They clearly had some major water damage event, which they denied. Carpets in the hallways and rooms were still damp. This was all over the first floor along the entire length of all hallways. Smell of damp everywhere. Still in renovation. Claimed that was the reason. Rooms were unfit for occupation.

I honestly wish I could give a 0 star rating. This place is absolutely disgusting. Where do I start…Bugs everywhere(my kids felt like there were bugs biting them within minutes…), stained mattresses, no hot water with a scum covered shower head , ac didn’t work, very outdated. The whole building stunk like mold, cigarettes, and shame. There were holes in the wall as well. There is also no elevator, so if you’re handicapped, make sure you ask for a main floor room. The pool was closed and there was no “complimentary breakfast” as listed, which honestly was probably for the better considering the conditions of the hotel. The one positive thing I can say, is the staff was friendly and they were very accommodating to my service dog.

You pay for what you get. Horrible. Room smelled funny. Cable was barely cable. Water came out brown from shower. Breakfast in pics from hotel are a lie. Brrakfast was hot apple juice, sunny d and hostess twinkies/cupcakes.
Looks like they are remodeling. Musty though. 5 police officers there on a Sat night. so it seems people live here. Not a good place until this place gets finished.
I would like my money back. This place was not clean at all. And it doesn’t look anything like the photos posted. We should had stayed in our car like another guest did. But we were so tired we had to nap. Plus no one was at the front desk at checkout. The bathroom shower current was stained. I can send video of the dirty hallway and the dirty sticky green carpet. I had to wear my shoes the whole time.

Paid 200+ dollars for one night for graduation and would’ve rather slept in my car! Couldn’t shower knob was broken. Carpets ripped up, garbage cans catching water in hallways. Ceiling tiles missing. Bkft was hoho’s, cheezits, ding dongs and yogurt that wasn’t even on ice. Never again!
THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS WERE GREAT! WASN’T EXPECTING THE JACUZZI! NOR THE LIVING ROOM! BATHROOM WAS UP TO DATE EXCEPT FOR THE TOILET!😂 IT WAS TOO LOW FOR ME AS I AM DISABLED SO NEED THEM TO BE HIGHER UP! THAT N THE ELECTRIC SOCKETS WERE QUITE LARGE N SO MY PHONE CHARGER FELL OUT OF THE SOCKET AFTER I FELL ASLEEP! PHONE WAS DEAD IN THE MORNING BUT FOUND THAT THE LAMP ON THE VERY LARGE DESK HAD SOCKETS THAT FIT! MY PH WAS CHARGED FULLY BEFORE CHECKING OUT! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT! TOP NOTCH, IN MY BOOK! WOULD I GO THERE AGAIN? YEESSS! WOULD I RECOMMEND NORWOOD INN & SUITES TO ANYONE? SURE WILL! PRICING WAS FAIR TO BOTH CONSUMER N THE BUSINESS!!
